Description
Safety
With this helmet (super smart), we have several safety elements (Mips, Crash Alert, Next-Gen bike Lights) and we can also locate the lighting systems in different parts of the bike with easy recharging and replacement.
- Mips: Aura is gifted with the technology MIPS (Multidirectional Impact Protection System), which consists of the use of a low-friction layer inside the helmet that allows a multidirectional movement of 10-15 mm. at certain angles of impact to reduce rotational forces on the head.
- Accident detection: Aura has a Crash Alert detection system and can send us an SOS message indicating our location.
- Lighting system: This helmet also has a complete lighting system (Next-Gen bike lights), which informs other riders of our presence on the road. In addition, Aura’s lighting systems (very powerful: > 500 lumens) indicate our intention to change direction and warn us of our braking. In this way, we will always keep our hands on the handlebars, avoiding possible risky actions when indicating our turns with our hand.
Construction
Aura is a super light helmet (370 gr.). You won’t even notice that you’re wearing it, and it also has ample ventilation through 16 strategically placed openings. It has interchangeable magnetic visors for urban or road use. All elements of the system are waterproof in the IPX6 category.
Colors & Sizes
Available in 3 colors Blackbird (black), Orca (white) and Stingray (gray), it is also offered in 3 sizes: Small, Medium and Large which are enough to cover a wide range of skulls and ensure a comfortable yet snug fit. The adjustment system (magnetic and occipital adjustable) will provide you with the perfect fit.
Accessories
Mobile App
The mobile app takes full control: it customizes, tracks , and controls everything from brake lights to accident detection, turn signal animations , and energy management. Connect syncs all your devices. You can monitor battery health and turn on crash detection. You can also customize light colors and effects for turning or braking.
Charging & Extra Lights
A single light cam automatically converts to a front or rear light. Simply attach any to the seatpost or handlebars. These mounts are magnetic and remain on the bike, allowing you to carry the LEDs in your backpack and place them, magnetically, on your mounts when you need them. A charging case is also available for charging with magnetic holders.
Remote Navigation
It signals your intentions along the way as it enables turn and brake lights on all your U1 devices.
