Right of withdrawal

As explained in our Terms and Conditions, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 20 days without stating the reason.

Returns Policy

Our Returns and Refunds Policy establishes a maximum period of 20 days, from the receipt of the merchandise to be able to totally or partially terminate our contract. In addition, you have an additional 10 days to send the goods. After these deadlines, we will not be able to process the return or the refund.

In order to accept a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your withdrawal or return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request or returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, as applicable.

If the refund is applicable, it will then be made with the same payment method with which you placed the order, by means of the corresponding payment. Check with your bank the receipt of the payment, in some cases, especially in international transactions, it can be delayed a few days. Changes

You can request a product change if it is not to your liking, for that you have a withdrawal period of 20 days. You can also submit an exchange request if the product we send you is defective or damaged. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a Gift Card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a certificate with the Gift Card will be mailed to you.

Warranty

If the product is defective and is under warranty you must send an e-mail to info@encyclobjects.com with order number, purchase invoice and indicating what is the defect found (You can use our Warranty Claim Form). Upon receipt of the item claimed by warranty encyclobjects.com assessed whether the repair or replacement of the defective product is covered by the warranty offered. Sometimes manufacturers and suppliers may ask us to send defective products to their offices for study or assessment of the warranty, this situation may delay in time the response to the customer.

The acceptance by us of the warranty claim implies the repair (if it does not produce costs disproportionate to the value of the product / article) or replacement of the article claimed by another of similar characteristics.
