Points program

Motivation:

• The elaboration of this Points Program and its application are inspired by encyclobjects.com’s legitimate interest in attracting and increasing user interaction in the magazine.
• The pre-established duration of this Points Program is unlimited (subject to change).

Participation:

• Participation in the encyclobjects.com Points Program is completely voluntary.
• You, by simply checking the checkbox of the Points Program, expressly accept all our terms and conditions and , in turn, those of this Points Program.
• Participation in this Points Program is limited to individuals, on an individual basis, must be authentic and will only be accepted with one username and email address per individual.

General conditions:

• encyclobjects.com reserves, without prior notice, the right to modify and / or cancel this program.
• Any changes made to the Points Program will not affect the balance of points already assigned to each user. In addition, registered users must be notified by e-mail at least 7 days in advance in order to give them the possibility to adapt to the changes in the program.
• If, following a modification , the user decides to cancel his/her participation in the Points Program, encyclobjects.com will be obliged to keep the user’s points balance and accept their exchange for products or equivalent compensation.
• In the event of cancellation of the Points Program, the user’s points balance will remain available for redemption for products and or equivalent compensation after weighting his points.
• Fraudulent use of the Points Program by one or more users will be penalized with the loss of all the points of the affected user(s). Their accounts will also be canceled and access to the magazine will be prohibited.
• All points in our points program expire 180 days (6 months) after their allocation.

First steps:

• To participate in our Points Program, you must first register as a user by filling out the following form.
• You will receive an e-mail to confirm your account. Check your inbox and spam to verify receipt and click on the link we sent you.
• You will be redirected to the Login page. Please log in with your username and password. The Profile page will appear where, if you wish, you can update it with your Gravatar image.
• You are already a Registered User at encyclobjects.com!
  
• You can check that everything is OK if your username is listed in our main menu, just after Contact.

Configuration:

• When you register, you automatically become part of our FREE Subscription Plan . This plan allows you to interact in almost all of our Magazine.
• Go to the My Account page, and check the box to participate in our Points Program by clicking on the REGISTER button. As long as the checkbox is activated and you are logged into our magazine, all the interaction you do can be rewarded with points. Get them!
• You can opt for other Subscription Plans (START, AVANT and SELECT) that will give you access to restricted content and provide you with more reward points(the equivalent of multiplying the standard points x 2.0, 1.5 and 2.5 respectively).
• All the information regarding the points you have earned from your purchases and your activity is available in your user menu on the My Account page.
• You can view, whenever you are connected, the price of our products for sale as well as the amount of points needed to get them for free.

Operation:

• Reward notices are presented at the top of each page.
• Each page that can assign points is detailed below. CONSULT.
• As a general rule (always consult the operation of each interaction):
  • For each Euro of purchase you get one Reward Point (1 € = 1 point).
  • To redeem points for products, 1 Euro equals 100 points (1 Euro = 100 points).
  • Maximum amount of points to obtain in an order: 1000 points.
  • Maximum possible amount of accumulated points: 20,000 points
  • Expiration of points: 180 days from their allocation. (6 months)
• Notifications: Only some notifications for this points program are enabled. The reason is not to send our users a large number of e-mails. However, all point allocations, redemptions and point balances are shown on the My Account page.

Points Program: Bases, Terms and Conditions

You can earn points every time you buy products and/or services in our online store.

Operation:

• In the product display, both in the store and in categories and tags, you will see a top legend indicating that you can earn points if you complete the purchase based on the total amount of the cart.
• The amount of points to be assigned does not necessarily have to coincide with the sum of the amount of all the products in the cart, since sometimes products are not assigned an amount of points equivalent to their price.
• These points can be viewed in the shopping cart and on the checkout page.
• As a general rule, you will get 1 point for every € of purchase. If you have a Subscription Plan (Start, Avant or Select), you will get x2.0, x1.5 or x2.5 points respectively for every € of purchase.
• Once your order is processed or completed your points will be assigned and added to your account.
• Viewing the points program: My Account page.

Restrictions:

• The amount of the shipping costs does not generate points.
• Maximum reward in one order: 1,000 points.
• As you have 30 days to return the product (See our Terms and Conditions), if you return the product, the points you earned on the order will be deducted from your account.
• All points in our program expire 180 days after their allocation.

From the moment you make your first purchase, you will earn reward points.

Operation:

• If you complete your first purchase, once your order is processed or completed you will get a fixed amount of 40 points.
• You will also get a number of points equivalent to Order amount. (1 point for each €) Note: Except Shipping costs and Products with different point assignment.
• If you have previously accessed any of our subscription plans (START, AVANT or SELECT), your points will be multiplied x2.0, x1.5 or x2.5 respectively.
• As you have 30 days to return the product (see our Terms and Conditions), if you return the product, the points you earned on the order will be deducted from your account.
• All points expire 180 days (6 months) after their allocation.

You can register at User registration or at My account. In both cases, always; you should activate the checkbox in My account. From that moment on you will be able to earn reward points.

Operation:

• For your User Registration you will receive a fixed amount of 50 points.
• If you have previously accessed any of our subscription plans (START, AVANT or SELECT), your points will be multiplied x2.0, x1.5 or x2.5 respectively.
• Upon completion of your first purchase, your User Registration points will be assigned.
• As you have 30 days to return the product (See our Terms and Conditions), if you return the product, the points you earned during the registration process will be deducted from your account until you complete your first purchase.
• All points expire 180 days (6 months) after their allocation.

You can log in every day to encyclobjects.com, as many times as you want, under Access, Login or My Account.

Operation:

• Once a day (0:00:01 hrs. / 24:00:00:00 hrs.), just for logging in to encyclobjects.com, you will receive a fixed amount of 5 points.
• If you have previously accessed any of our subscription plans (START, AVANT or SELECT), your points will be multiplied x2.0, x1.5 or x2.5 respectively.
• All points expire 180 days (6 months) after their allocation.

If you have purchased a product on encyclobjects.com, you can make a review on the purchased product page. You will receive reward points for your action. Go to the page of the purchased product and you will be able to evaluate it (star rating is mandatory). Note: It is very important for our users that the data provided by our magazine is authentic, therefore, the product evaluation can only be done by verified buyers.

Operation:

• For your product rating on encyclobjects.com you will receive a fixed amount of 10 points.
• If you have previously accessed any of our subscription plans (START, AVANT or SELECT), your points will be multiplied x2.0, x1.5 or x2.5 respectively.
• The product purchased can only be valued once.
• Once the product review is approved, the reward points will be assigned to you. Note: All comments and ratings left by users on our website are previously reviewed and approved with the criteria of our Terms and Conditions.
• All points expire 180 days (6 months) after their allocation.

If you wish, you can leave comments on the bottom of each and every one of our tickets o articles. This action is rewarded in our magazine and encourages the interaction of our users. We will thank you, if you liked the article, you value it with 5 stars.

Operation:

• For you input comment you will receive a fixed amount of 10 pointsr .
• If you have previously accessed any of ourSubscription Plans (START, AVANT or SELECT), your points will be multiplied x2.0, x1.5 or x2.5 respectively.
• You can only comment on an article once.
• Once approves the comment of the article, you will be assigned the reward points. Note: All comments and ratings left by users on our website are previously reviewed and approved according to the criteria of our Terms and Conditions.
• All pointsexpire 180 days (6 months) of their allocation.

We remember the important dates. If you have been proactive and added your birthday in My Account, you will receive a surprise on that day!

• For your birthday, you will automatically receive a reward with a fixed amount of 20 points.
• If you have previously accessed any of ourSubscription Plans (START, AVANT or SELECT), your points will be multiplied x2.0, x1.5 or x2.5 respectively.
• You only have one birthday each year, so you can only receive this amount once a year.
• All pointsexpire 180 days (6 months) of their allocation.

How time flies! When you celebrate one year with us, we will send you a gift to celebrate one year as an encyclobjects.com user.

• Each time you complete 1 year as an encyclobjects.com user you will receive a fixed amount of 20 points.
• If you have previously accessed any of ourSubscription Plans (START, AVANT or SELECT), your points will be multiplied x2.0, x1.5 or x2.5 respectively.
• Once a year, on the day you create your user account.
• All pointsexpire 180 days (6 months) of their allocation.

It is good to be attentive to our magazine, because, as we are in charge of achieving activity, we periodically carry out Promotions of Points . They will be published in advance on our website, Social Networks, Newsletter and RSS. Take advantage of them!

Operation:

• In these promotions, delimited by dates, an increase (x2 or x3) in the amount of basic allocation points will be made, according to the information provided.
• If you have previously accessed any of ourSubscription Plans (START, AVANT or SELECT), your points will be multiplied x2.0, x1.5 or x2.5 respectively.
• Attention: Promotion valid from 00:00:01 hrs. from the initial day to 24:00:00 on the day of termination.
• All pointsexpire 180 days (6 months) of their allocation.

Initial considerations:

• The objective of the encyclobjects.com points program is to encourage participation in our magazine. It is legitimate and lawful to reward our users with redeemable points for the purchase of products we have in our e-commerce.
• We have developed this program so that, if you interact regularly, the points redemption process is continuous and maximum savings. We reward both the purchase and valuation of products, as well as other non-monetary actions, each with its relevance, but in a global way, to obtain a High participation.
• We must point out the expiration of the points, established in 180 days maximum. In other words, 180 days after the points have been earned, if they have not been redeemed, they will expire and their equivalent money will be lost. Please draw your attention to this matter. Why 180 days? In principle to have a little respite in the exchange of points, although, we already anticipate it, the idea is to reduce it to 120 days maximum, so you do not have to leave points in the account because it is money that is lost.

Operation:

• At the top of the Cart page you have messages that inform you about some basic but important aspects: Current points balance, Amount of points you can get with the action, and warnings about limitations. With this information you can start redeeming your points.
• Under the list of products added to the cart you have 2 boxes:
  • Coupon Code, where if you have one, you can enter your code and get the discount. (Don’t forget to apply the coupon and update the cart in the corresponding buttons).
  • Reward points, where you can enter the amount of points you want to redeem. (Don’t forget to apply the reward points to deduct the amount from the cart subtotal).
  • Discount Coupons and Reward Points are incompatible, i.e. they cannot be applied to the same order.
• Equivalence Points/Euro: 100 points = 1 Euro.
• You can redeem points to purchase an entire order (A) or a partial order (B), whichever is more interesting for you. To do so, proceed as follows:
  • You can only redeem points in multiples of 100.
  • (A) If you wish to purchase with points the totality of an order you must enter in the box a number of points greater than the value of the order and a multiple of 100. The system will automatically deduct the balance of points equivalent to the value of the products redeemed. VAT included, leaving in your account the excess points consigned to your account.
  • (B) If you wish to only partially redeem an order, enter a multiple of 100 points in the Reward Points box. The system will automatically deduct from your account the amount of points you have deposited plus the current VAT, in this case + 21% (IMPORTANT).

Limitations:

• In no case can you redeem points to pay the cost of shipping and its corresponding VAT, which must be paid in any case.
• In case of redemption of points, the Free Shipping bonus is suspended, even if the order exceeds the economic limits for obtaining it.
• The maximum amount of points you can accumulate in the points program, for all concepts, is 50,000 Points.
• Products on offer are not redeemable for points.
• Minimum amount of points to be redeemed for the first time: 500 points.
• Minimum amount of points to be redeemed: 500 points.
• Maximum amount of points to be redeemed in a single order: 5,000 points.
• Maximum amount of points to be redeemed in a single day: 10,000 points.
• Minimum order amount to redeem: 20 €.
