Idea
Introduction
The idea that gave rise to encyclobjects.com arose in 1995 when I visited the International Furniture Fair in Milan. Back at the hotel, I was able to look at a magazine, more like a book, called OROLOGI. I was impressed by the quality of your photos and the incredibly detailed and accurate descriptions of hundreds of watches. – This is a catalog, yes sir! (said).
A long time has passed from that OROLOGI until today, but the residue remained in my mind to make, one day, a catalog as beautiful as that one. I have been chewing on that idea for many years and with the help of all the people I have worked with and with all my enthusiasm I have developed encyclobjects.com.
The keys:
The keys to the development of our idea are the following:
Product search
Selection process of articles of the highest quality for our blog, either from our research, or because of their Actuality, or because of suggestions from our users.
Rigorous analysis
Explain clearly what the object is, when it was created, its author, who produces it (Brands), its composition, its usefulness, its guarantee, its commercialization and, of course, its price.
Disclosure and feedback
We publish articles regularly and after sending a trailer to our users with e-marketing and notes on Social Media. We also collect your comments to improve our work.
Sale information
The information in the article is compiled with its own legal and recognized methods. We offer the best localized price and a link to the source of sale is provided to purchase the item in complete safety.
Ratings
We accept the evaluations that our users freely make about the articles and products. This allows us to strengthen our own assessment in the featured category.

Epilogue of an idea:
In this way, with these six keys, I began to develop a magazine concept where users could contemplate extraordinary objects, and have all the information that a true professional would wield in evaluating the purchase decision.
We would become personal advisors in the choice and purchase of accessories, complements and objects. We would not decide the tone of the skin of a belt, but we would offer different leather proposals (calf, lamb or nubuck), diverse types of closure and the most elegant buckles, or the most daring.
Something like a cult magazine, for those who want to be experts, where each reader can leave their opinion if they wish or express their personal experience about any article in the magazine. A true encyclopedia of “passionate prestige” objects.
This is the idea, it’s up to us to carry it out, to the readers to ratify it. We hope to meet all expectations.
