Paris Photo returns to the Grand Palais in 2024 after a major restoration. In its 27th edition, from 7 to 10 November, we will be able to contemplate the work of the best French and international galleries, emerging artists and the best books on photography.

Paris Photo’s extraordinary program is a mix of connection with great museums of the world and works from new territories. Exhibitions, round tables, performances, educational projects and knowledge of the image are developed in this call.

Paris Photo provides a unique environment to support the market and brings together solid proposals, from historical photography to new media. It addresses the challenges of the world around us, bringing together artists, collectors, pioneers of the art world , and amateurs. More than ever, it is the unmissable appointment of photography.

Since its creation in 1997, it has been a key event in the Parisian cultural scene. Every year it brings together the most prestigious international galleries and publishers of contemporary and modern photography.

The fair reinforces Paris ‘ position as a cultural capital through high-quality exhibitions, carefully curated programming, strong institutional collaborations and engaging public arts initiatives .

Presents Voices: 3 curators are invited to explore contemporary issues within the framework of an artistic scene or practice in a shared space.

The next edition of Paris Photo will take place from 13 to 15 November 2025 at the Grand Palais, 3 Avenue du Général Eisenhower, 75008 Paris. We look forward to seeing you! 

Program

Composed of 10 proposals, it is an extraordinary advance for the world of photography. Let’s look at the proposals:

• The Collection: Lithuanian photographs from the collections of the National Library of France, the Centre Pompidou and the Lithuanian Photographers’ Association.
• Jim Jarmusch: A selection of artworks prepared by this great filmmaker and artist.
• Elles x Paris Photo: It highlights the work of women photographers, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and with the support of the Koering Women in Movement Programme.
• Sponsored exhibitions: Discover the exhibitions starring renowned brands: prestigious collections, committed projects, photo awards, historical works, and emerging and contemporary artists.
• Conversations: Jim Jarmusch and Philippe Azoury discuss the influence of surrealism on the filmmaker’s work. More conversations with Lucy Gallum, Sarah Greenough, Tyler Mitchell and Deborah Willis. Tribute to Robert Frank and his contribution to photography.
• Artist Talks: 37 artists, selected by The Eyes, share with the audience their experience of their latest publication, in a unique 15-minute format followed by a Q&A session.
• Photo Books Awards: Announcement of the shortlist for the 2024 Paris Photo-Aperture PhotoBook Awards.
• Carte Blanche Students: The projects of four students, chosen from more than 100 European schools, will be presented at Paris Photo.
• Signatures: Every year, Paris Photo hosts more than 400 signatures from artists in the book sector.
• In Paris during Paris Photo: explore all the exhibitions and events that will take place during the week of the fair.
