At that time, quantity was demanded and not quality.<\/strong> A lover of good taste and quality<\/strong>, this trend was not to his liking and he was not willing to accept it. Disappointed by the prevailing taste, he decided to create his own personal solution<\/strong> and started his own business. <\/p>\nIn 1992<\/strong>, Jan Philippi<\/strong> opened two stores in Hamburg<\/strong> with pieces with simple, clear and modern<\/strong> designs. With new ideas<\/strong>, collected in many trips, and an unmistakable sense of good design<\/strong>, he discovered companies capable of translating their visions of design into the tangible. Driven by this development, he soon ventured to take the step from retail to wholesale<\/strong>. <\/p>\nSince then, Jan Philippi<\/strong>, as the creative mind of the company, has inspired its designers. With extreme precision<\/strong> and great attention to detail<\/strong>, he works closely with his team, from the design phase<\/strong> to the moment the product is ready for the market. Even today, it continues to support young talents<\/strong> and cooperates with creative professionals and manufacturers. <\/p>\nJan Philippi<\/strong> personally and intensively follows the entire design process<\/strong>, continues to personally serve each client and considers philanthropy to be a fundamental principle of the company<\/strong>.<\/p>\nToday, the small company from northern Germany<\/strong> has grown into an internationally renowned brand<\/strong> with approximately 500 products<\/strong> and numerous representatives abroad. Furniture and stationery stores, home and gift shops, florists and emblematic shopping malls successfully sell products designed by Philippi<\/strong>. Present in more than ninety countries<\/strong>, including France<\/strong>, Japan<\/strong>, Colombia<\/strong>, Dubai <\/strong>, and the USA<\/strong>, Russia<\/strong> and Chile<\/strong> have recently joined.
